L&A Property Services is designed to provide selected repairs, home improvements, project assistance, coordination, access, and practical property support, subject to applicable registration and insurance requirements.
Work is performed directly by L&A when it falls within our capabilities and applicable registration and insurance coverage. Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heating, engineering, professional inspections, and other work requiring a separate occupational or professional license is referred to or coordinated with the appropriate qualified provider.
